War is out of the question, and nobody really expects North Korea to use their nukes for anything else (other than selling the technology to raise hard cash). Call it protection money. Iran is an entirely different kettle of fish. The bill will be much higher. Didn't Jimmy Carter travel to Pyongyang in 1994 and come home with an agreement?
